While the 21st century portion of the title is somewhat of misguiding, 21st Century Tokyo: A Guide to Contemporary Architecture offers a sound overview of the newer buildings in the Japanese City. Text by Julian Worrall and Erez Golani complements photographs by Joshua Lieberman, and the sum total is a valuable guide architectural guide. Maps and historic notes are similar to that of a architectural guidebook, but the tone delivers a stronger contextual base than the average.
