Parisian artist Antoine Corbineau dabbles in animation, illustration, and painting. “Dabble” is his term, and a quick tour through his website proves him more than a capable practitioner of all three (and more) arts. Having spent time in both London and New York, Corbineau has also provided winning visuals for a range of clients – the variety is quite staggering and includes beer advertisements and identities for children’s programs – as well as a strong oeuvre of personal paintings. His interests include architecture, language, social issues, and maps. All of these playing out in his illustration.

While the commercial work is impressive, so too is the gallery work. Through a slew of commissions, Corbineau has also found time to exhibit throughout Europe and the United States over the last few years.

A selection of Corbineau’s illustration follows.
