We’ve been getting a good crop of Korean design through recently. Cho Hyung Suk is a fine example. The work is playful, and when he draws on popular culture (like the Pac Man inspired work above) there is still enough evidence of his back ground in woodworking to keep the material from skewing towards the low brow. Seating and storage is a clear speciality, but the designer also offers a strong range of lighting.
