From the ground up

Nike continues to push their Lunar Rejuven8 Mid silhouette, which first got a lot of attention around the Worldcup, as part of their artist collaboration series. It is definitely one of those sneakers that one has to get used to, nevertheless we appreciate the on-going innovation by the Swoosh, in a market which tends to rarely except new things. As part of their Tied Together race we tried them out for the first time and we actually liked them a lot. They are not only extremely light, but also very comfortable and surprisingly (to us at least) look pretty good on the foot, also with shorts.

For Fall 2010 the mid top sneaker comes in a new obsidian/black/white colorway. atmos has them up for pre-order already.

Another more detailed look at the sneaker follows after the jump.
