Where form meets function

Yoichi Yamamoto Architects have installed the smartly conceived “2D/3D” chairs at the Issey Miyake flagship store in Tokyo. Combining two dimensional graphic with tangible backrest, the chairs provide a truly unique experience depending on the viewers vantage point. Perspective of leg length varies, giving the grouping a dynamic thrust on the shop floor. (via DesignBoom).
