The Site Unseen gives us a look at some of Los Angeles and San Francisco’s street and fine artists who have joined forces to explore the influence of media, society and peer perceptions in MIND CONTROL, an exhibit that encouraged each artist to interpret what “mind control” meant to them. The artists showing include Eddie Colla, L.A. design studio Bughouse, Destroy All Design, DD$, and Insurgency Inc.  Each artist’s work employs the idea that advertisement and outside influences constantly bombard our consciences, and MIND CONTROL supports the idea of thinking for oneself.

Opening night reception is August 5, 8:30-Midnight
