For Fall/Winter 2012, Japan’s Unused revisits some of their familiar territory—street-style hip-hoppery meets pastoral plaintiveness—but adds a strange undercurrent of raw-nerve malice. The danger comes through in a series of looks that seem to belong squarely to the type of kid who is teased in middle school but who harnesses some sort of power of spectral retribution. Could just be the model, of course.
