Legendary London photographer David Bailey grew up in the East End at a time when you couldn’t get a loaf of artisanal sourdough to save your life, imagine. Better known for his images of The Beatles, Mick Jagger, Andy Warhol and the like during the 60s, a new exhibition, East End, showcases some lesser known images of his home turf. Here he talks to Crane tv about his early days, the areas changing face and his approach to capturing his subjects.
