Where form meets function

Coinciding with Art Basel Miami, OHWOW’s It Ain’t Fair 2012 celebrates the history and tradition of the group exhibition’s renowned multimedia production. Originally founded in 2008, the 2012 chapter represents the fifth and final instalment of the innovative community-focused show. For their conclusive event, OHWOW will showcase over 30 contemporary artists works under one roof in a 6,000 square foot space.

Artists include David Adamo, Diana Al-Hadid, Daniel Arsham, Scott Campbell, Julia Chiang, Dan Colen (his work pictured above,) Brian DeGraw, James Franco, Michael Genovese, Luis Gispert, KAWS, Harmony Korine, Hanna Liden, Nate Lowman, Ryan McGinley, Laurel Nakadate, Eddie Peake, Terry Richardson, Bert Rodriguez, Aurel Schmidt, Jack Siegel, Lucien Smith, Agathe Snow and Kim Ye, among others.

In addition, OHWOW will be bringing over their LA-based pirate station, Know Wave, for a full week of live programming as well as hosting a soup kitchen, offering free dinners to anyone wanting a meal. The show is on view from December 6-9th at 743 Washington Avenue.
