Where form meets function
"Irving Harper: Works in Paper" Book from Rizzoli 1

Papercraft and extensions of this art by Irving Harper are collection in Works in Paper: a new monograph book collecting the design legend’s private works. Paper sculptures created in the Harper in his  spare time make up an extensive portion of Works in Paper. The first features an essay professional, commercial work creating midcentury designs with George Nelson in the 50’s and 60’s as well as objects like the Marshmallow sofa, the Ball clock, and Herman Miller textile designs. A gem of a book for fans of mid century design, paper, papercraft, and hand made objects.
