Microsoft hit us right in the feels with their latest advertising campaign for Internet Explorer. Instead of touting the promises of the future, the Washington-based company looked to the past to bring users up to speed with its latest browser. Titled “Child of the 90s,” the video more or less sums up our childhood in the span of 1 minute and 40 seconds. Everything from slap bracelets to LA Gear are used to unfairly play upon our emotions and our longing for the past.

Even Microsoft knows their classic browser has long been tossed aside by internet devotees as seen by their naming of the associated website – The Browser You Loved to Hate.

Watch the video above for an unexpected wave of nostalgia.
