Earl Sweatshirt made his long-awaited debut at Coachella 2013 in Indio, California yesterday. With Flying Lotus as his DJ, Earl grabbed the fans’ attention by opening with the Pharrell-produced track “Burgundy,” which he premiered a few weeks back in Los Angeles. Earl went on to perform “Chum” and “Whoa,” with Odd Future frontman Tyler, the Creator and Domo Genesis offering some support. Vince Staples was also able to perform, spitting his verse from “Hive” off Earl’s forthcoming Doris album.
