San Pellegrino announced their selection of the world’s 50 best restaurants. Some major changes shake up the list in 2013. Spain’s El Celler de Can Roca takes the number one spot after an eight year battle, knocking Denmark’s Noma to second place after four years on the throne. The United States and France both have the highest number of restaurants on the list (six each) while several newcomers like Restaurant Andre (Singapore), Otto e Mezzo Bombana (Hong Kong) and Combal.Zero (Italy) hold their stand in the mid range.
