Where form meets function

YouTube‘s founders are at it again and this time around they’ve got there hands on a new video app for the iPhone. Dubbed MixBit, the app allows users to record up to 16 seconds of video. Unlike Vine, however, you not only have the ability to edit your own clips, but you’re also able to remix other people’s to create movies up to an hour long. Another big difference is that each submission is anonymous and there’s no commenting system. Android users won’t have to wait long for MixBit to hit their platform either, as the pair has pledged to deliver the app in the coming weeks.
