Less than a day after launching their Kickstarter campaign, Omate has reached their goal of $100,000 for their TrueSmart water-resistant standalone smartwatch 2.0. Unlike most smartwatches, however, the TrueSmart can run by itself without having to connect to whatever smartphone you happen to be using. The device is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2. Of course, everything we’ve come to expect from a smartwatch and more is packaged in the neat gadget, much of which can be seen above. Find out more and show your support here.
