Scotch whisky maker Chivas collaborates with Italian luxury engineering and design company Pininafrina on two exclusive whisky holders and a sculpture. The containers come in two sizes, one single bottle size and another, larger one with two additional holders for glasses. The brands call them “liquid shaped by air,” pointing to the combination of Pininfarina’s expertise in aerodynamics and Chivas‘s expertise in the alcoholic drink. The cases are inlaid with oak like the barrels in which whisky age, finished with a metallic exterior symbolic of Pininfarina’s cars.

The sculpture, “Mascherone,” also works as a freestanding display case for the whisky bottle and containers. It is finished by hand, as are the containers that are individually hand-numbered.
