Like Facebook and Twitter before it, Instagram has completely infiltrated our daily routine and become an extension of how we present ourselves to the world. So it was only a matter of time before someone made a film about it à la The Social Network, although this one has a slightly different approach. Using 852 posted images from Instagram, Thomas Jullien has created a short film that manages to hold our attention and sum up the social networking app in a mere few minutes. From sunset shots and plane wings, to girls’ makeup, the video runs the gamut on popular content, except for perhaps the meals we eat and #catsofinstagram.
