This spring, Vans unveils the Prime silhouette – the newest addition in the LXVI collection. The sneaker takes on an elevated design approach combining innovative materials and construction practices to create a lightweight, breathable shoe. Introduced this season in black and light grey colorways, the Prime features a synthetic leather one-piece upper with engineered perforations, increasing airflow and flexibility. Both styles showcase a laser-cut and engineered perforation pattern with the black colorway accented by a speckled midsole and the light grey version detailed with an intricate python print on the collar.

The all-new UltraCush Lite midsole/outsole unit features the WaffleFlex tread pattern and molded rubber pods over the high-wear toe and heel areas. The upper of the Prime is a groundbreaking design using a four-way stretch LuxLiner for superior fit, while the outer cage of the shoe uses lightweight synthetic panels bonded together using our RapidWeld process. The Prime is available now at select Vans LXVI retailers and online.
