UNIQLO recently announced the launch of its latest global flagship store in Berlin, Germany, at Tauentzienstrasse 7. The launch marks the global retailer from Japan’s entry into the German market. With a total sales floor of approximately 2,700 square meters over three levels, it will be the largest UNIQLO store in Europe, featuring the brand’s full line of men’s, women’s and kids’ clothing. Located on the major intersection between Tauentzienstrasse and Nuernberger Strasse, the store’s street corner entrance creates an open, welcoming facade. Designed by Tokyo-based interior design firm Wonderwall, the store combines stainless steel with futuristic spaces for a truly unique shopping experience. As a global flagship, the Berlin store will feature high-tech installations, including monitors, LED tickers and revolving mannequins. The store’s official grand opening is on April 11.
