Eddie Huang continues his ascent into the cultural mainstream with a television show for ABC that has been picked up to series following pilot season. Relying on a title that has become synonymous with the chef/personality thanks to his memoir and his show with VICE, the next iteration of Fresh Off the Boat focuses on Huang’s formative years in Orlando as he and his family struggled to assimilate to certain customs. In addition to another season of his VICE show, Eddie Huang also has a show called Snack Off scheduled to air on MTV starting in July.
