Where form meets function

The L House by Studio MK27 is aptly named for the structural shapes present in the building, everything from the pool that extends the length of the backyard to the cavernous entryways are all perfect rectangles. Flooded by natural light, the interior features one compartmentalized room leading into another through a complex network of vaulted ceilings and elongated hallways. The house features an organic, earthy aesthetic, with a lush roof garden and manicured lawn in the backyard, and an abundance of natural stones used in the construction of the house. Additionally, smooth granite slabs make up many of the stairs and surface tops of the house, as well as stone floors on the outside patio.
