Where form meets function

The Yamaha SR400 is a firm favorite of the custom mod scene. While its factory floor appearance is fairly safe, strip away the bodywork and you have something altogether meaner looking, as you can see in this latest work by Aussie chop shop Deus Ex Machina. Dubbed the “Grievous Angel,” this SR400 mod has been peeled right back to the bones, with a new exhaust, air filter, seat, brakes, and a whole lot more added to give it an almost unrecognizable new look. It just goes to show, when it comes to motorcycles, it’s not what’s on the outside that counts. See more work by Deus Ex Machina here.
