Online fashion powerhouse NET-A-PORTER is set to be the first ever third-party retailer for Google’s paradigm-shifting wearable technology, Google Glass. The announcement follows the recent news that design maven Diane Von Furstenberg will create a series of new frames for the the futuristic kit, aimed at appealing to a less geeky, more image-conscious audience. From June 23, a selection of the women’s DVF frames, dubbed DVF | Made for Glass, will be available in both optical and sunglass packages, while men will have a selection of three new titanium designs to choose from.

This exclusive sale via NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER comes several months before the technology is due to go on general sale to the public, and is open to U.S. customers only. To register your interest in being one of the first people to own a piece from this new collaboration, click here.
