Following the last installment of our ongoing Sneaker Rotation series, we take a look at the footwear of Kevin Lee, owner of San Francisco’s Purist boutique. In addition to being a boutique that focuses on Japanese streetwear favorites like NEXUSVII and JAM HOME MADE, Purist also produce their own line as well. Being an older shoe collector and avid basketball player, this rotation focuses primarily on the ’88-’95 era of Nike design. Beginning from the far left, Lee starts off with the modern Free Mercurial Superfly HTM “Volt” and Flyknit Racer “Black/White,” followed by the classic Air Trainer SC 2 and Air Jordan 11. Concluding the bottom row is the Air Jordan 3 “True Blue,” Supreme x Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium “Olive” and Air Flight 89.
