English and Swedish watchmakers, Larsson and Jennings, bring us this lovely short film, highlighting the talents of London-based bicycle manufacturers, Kennedy City Bicycles. Founder James Kennedy takes us around his Hackney studio, showing us the similarities of his trade to the clothing industry. “It’s practical, it’s a mode of transport. That doesn’t mean it can’t be something that you love as well. The beauty of that, the simplicity of that and the functionality of that can all go hand-in-hand. So, in that sense, we have a lot more in common with clothing brands or footwear brands than we do with other cycling brands.” Press play below.
