Rebirth: That’s what Spiewak says about their relaunch this Fall/Winter 2014. The storied 110 year-old American brand has decided to put a modern spin on their functional classics made famous throughout the year. Under new design direction, Spiewak's return is an exercise in designing garments for utility and with simplicity in mind.
But this is not to suggest that Spiewak will step away from the charm and heritage of the the past. Rather, Spiewak's original DNA remains steadfast in the brand's new collection with outerwear that is season-appropriate and cut with for a consumer who requires the very best in function and look from their outerwear.
There are pleasant surprises in the new direction Spiewak has elected to take this year: The Fall/Winter 2014 collection, for men and women, connects modern fabrics and shapes to Spiewak's classic styles. Reaching back into their archive, Spiewak look to the original iconic Golden Fleece jacket for new conversations around the brand, alongside their down-filled N3B parka and lightweight jackets -- both more than appropriate additions to all wardrobes.
The collection hits retail doors this fall with men's and women’s outerwear ranging from $200 to $850.
