It’s not often that an independent magazine gets onto the shelves of the Tate Modern shop, Colette or Stockholm’s Papercut by only their second issue, yet Kennedy Magazine have done just that. Pick up a copy and you’ll understand why. Their aim is a simple one – to explore the places they love and converse with the people they admire. Filling in the gaps with pieces weighing in on photography, style, cinema and literature, the journal’s flowing quality and sharp design hits the mark on every single page. Launched in September, Issue 2 features work from acclaimed photographers Akila Berjaoui and Tim Barber, artists Colin Snapp, Ed Templeton and Josh Smith alongside a fine selection of talents from various disciplines.
