Following in the footsteps of other international retailers like Gap, Balmain and Diesel, Club Monaco has enlisted the visionary power of married photography duo Inez and Vinoodh to shoot its Spring 2015 campaign. The pair have perviously found success in the editorial, art and fashion worlds through their work with clients ranging from W Magazine to Vogue Paris. In 2012, the couple also joined the prestigious Gagosian Gallery for an exhibit.

Club Monaco’s creative director Caroline Belhumeur explained that the decision made sense for the brand because “Inez and Vinoodh capture the energy, sophistication and inner softness of Club Monaco through artistic expression and photography.” Perhaps most recognized for its habitual and iconic use of black and white portraiture, Club Monaco wanted to maintain this standard while providing consumers with a refreshed and elevated point of view.

The campaign is further reinvigorated by the presence of two new faces: models Paolo Anchisi and Kati Nescher, who are both first timers with the Polo Ralph Lauren subsidiary. Displayed on their bodies, which become both focal points and mere vehicles for conveying the finer details in Club Monaco’s clothing, are the season’s best offerings. For spring, the brand focused on modern looks and introduced a range of contemporary silhouettes and ultra-structured coats in the men’s and women’s categories.
