Who would have thought in 1984, when Apple first entered the market, that the brand would have such a comeback through the release of the iPod and iPhone almost 30 years later? There were times where people were surprised that Apple was still around at all. Today the brand stands stronger than ever, not only having won the race against its competitors, but along the way also having become the most valuable brand in the world. Since releasing the original iPhone in 2007, Apple has sold over half a billion of them. In case you ever wondered what the iPhone would have looked like in 1984, designer Pierre Cerveau today presents his version. Entitled the “Macintosh Phone,” he takes inspiration from the iconic Macintosh 512k computer, with the result being a great retro looking device. Take a closer look at the concept on the designer’s website.
