Following last week’s collaboration with Supreme, California footwear mainstay Vans announces their latest collaboration with renowned Japanese artist Takashi Murakami. Although we only have the official logo to go off for now, fans can expect the contemporary creative’s “Superflat” characters across a number of the sneaker brand’s classic silhouettes, as well as Vans’ apparel and skate decks. The collaborative work falls under the brand’s Vault by Vans label so you can expect the upcoming pieces to be nothing short of premium. Fans of Murakami will recall his devotion to Vans’ famed Slip-On silhouette, with the artist himself even commenting: “For the past 10-plus years, without exaggeration, I have been wearing Vans Slip-Ons almost every single day.”

Stay tuned for more information and look for the collection to release toward the end of June.
