The Lyceum building was once part of Stockholm’s Royal Institute of Technology and now it’s been converted into a home with the help of Oscar Properties. If, like everyone, you’re into marble, post-mid-century modern furnishings, subtle use of brass and large windows, read on. This house has all of that and more – it’s essentially the prototype house for Freunde Von Freunden (who really took over the mantle when The Selby went off the rails). It’s not for the ladder averse but, that aside, it’s the house you’ll dream of when you’re contacting your terrible landlord to fix some leaky pipes.
