There are dozens of products that are branded with a “gold” connotation: Magnum Gold ice cream bars, Marlboro Gold cigarettes, Haribo Goldbären gummy bears, Jacob’s Gold coffee and Kodak Gold camera film are just a few examples. That attachment is meant to convey a more extravagant impression, however its ambiguity can be misleading. Slovenia-based designer Črtomir Just playfully entertains the idea of consumers taking these products literally by using 3DS Max, ZBrush and V-Ray editing programs to show off each one’s peculiarity. The interpretations are available as 8″ x 10″ prints.
