Dubbed the ‘Spyfie’, on November 4 and 5, Heineken will be flying fans from around the world to the Nevada desert and the famous Hoover Dam, just outside of Vegas, to take part. The brand has partnered with Urthecast to take ultra HD imagery using its camera on the Deimos satellite, currently in orbit 600km above the Earth’s surface.
In addition to the selfie, screening and evening events, the VIP trip includes two hotel nights in Las Vegas, along with a few surprises exclusive to the winners. Known as the Entertainment Capital of the World, since the 1950s Las Vegas has been the epitome of big-name entertainment, becoming synonymous with nightlife, gambling, shopping and fine dining.
For those not lucky enough to win, Heineken will be giving away an exclusive array of prizes for second and third place. Runners up will win a copy of The James Bond Archives, published by Taschen. The Archives represent the most complete account of the making of the series, compiled using exclusive archival footage gathered across two years from Bond producers, EON Productions.
Third prize will receive an array of limited edition package of Heineken and 007 products. The prize includes a limited edition Heineken and 007 bluetooth speaker, a notebook, a six-pack of Heineken beer, bottle opener, six Heineken glasses and set of limited edition beermats to complete the package.
Only one winner will be selected from participants. Winners must be 18 years or older and from Germany. The winner must also take care of the visa requirements for travel to the US (ESTA). Competition closes 12 a.m. October 17, 2015.
