Everyone’s favorite and most brazen feminist Amber Rose recently sat down with GQ for an exclusive interview and photoshoot. The “Walk of No Shame” activist took a moment to reflect on her current success by touching on a variety of meaty topics addressed in her impending self-help manifesto How to Be a Bad Bitch – from slut-shaming and parenting, to forgiving past lovers and why she’ll never listen to My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

“It’s just not for me…Don’t get me wrong,” she says, “I’ll hear songs and I’m like, ‘Oh, he [Kanye] said that about me.’ No one knows what he’s talking about but me and him. People can’t decipher. They’ll be like, ‘That’s a cool song,’ and I’m like, ‘That happened to us when we were together.’” The two haven’t spoken a word in years, but when she hears his verses, she says, “Obviously, I know he’s talking to me through music.”

Shortly after the feature was published, Rose took to Instagram to fire some serious shots at the publication for “dumbing her down” and repeatedly slapping her with exhausted titles such as “Kanye’s infamous ex” and “Wiz Khalifa’s baby mama,” as well as “teen stripper turned megalomaniac muse.”

Amber stated:

““Wtf nice title smh I expected so much more from u guys and I’m so disappointed. I was so excited to be featured in GQ not realizing I was shooting for a tabloid. My slutwalk was for ignorant shit like this. Oh ‘Her beautiful dark twisted journey to the top’? Nice pun. Negative af. Thx for nothing.””
