For the second issue of Avaunt magazine, photographer Joseph Ford took landscape photographs from within a helicopter, then manipulated his images to coincide with fashion pieces by Zegna, Hugo Boss, Hermès and Paul Smith. Taken from his “Aerial” series, Ford – whose work has landed him jobs with high-profile fashion clients – presents his work as diptychs: a combination of two photographs placed immediately next to each other. For more aerial photography, check out Jeffrey Milstein’s “LANY” series.
