German basketball and streetwear imprint K1X continues its long-running collaboration with fellow German label Patrick Mohr through the latest release of their legendary MK7 sneaker. A much-heralded champion of genderless, experimental sneaker design, the seventh iteration of the MK is available in five colorways in a fade to black palette.
Each colorway, white, light gray, gray, dark gray and black are limited to just 200 pairs each. For the upper, embossed premium leather mixes with tumbled full-grain leather, while the MK7 features the sneaker's Greco-Roman removable ankle straps and the trademark lace lock accessory, all sitting atop a rubber sole unit. Metal triangles for the lace lock and copper lace aglets are included, with two pairs of leather laces, one pair of cotton laces, and a K1XPM dust bag.
The sneakers drop January 23 exclusively at NYC's Extra Butter, LA's 424 on Fairfax, Feature in Las Vegas, The Webster, Miami, WISH in Atlanta, Restir, Pigalle and GR8 in Toyko, Japan. For Europe, the MK7 drops exclusively at Pigalle in Paris as well as the official K1X and PM online stores.
