Jeff Koons and Damien Hirst, two of the most celebrated artists living today, have joined forces for an exhibition of Koons’ work at Hirst’s Newport Street Gallery in London. Titled “Now,” the exhibition features over 30 pieces of art by the American artist, all of which were borrowed from Hirst’s personal collection.
The exhibition runs the gamut of Koons’ work and begins with his ’80s nod to consumerism: Hoover vacuums displayed in fluorescent cases. Elsewhere, visitors can get up close with larger-than-life balloon sculptures, Play-Doh mounds, erotic prints from the “Made in Heaven” series, and stainless-steel inflatables.
“Now” is free to attend and runs until October 16.
