The latest episode from on-demand restaurant delivery service foodora takes a closer look at the dairy and gluten-free, all-organic Parisian restaurant, La Guinguette d’Angèle.

Headed by Angèle Ferreux-Maeght, every morning the restaurant’s all-female team (Angèle proudly hires friends and acquaintances) seeks out the very best ingredients for that day’s lunchbox menu from across the city’s many markets. Apart from being seasonal, the food is unashamedly local, all of which has helped to make La Guinguette d’Angèle a Parisian culinary highlight for those in the know.

Angèle sees healthy, local and organic food as the key to living a balanced and happy lifestyle. Which is probably true, if Angèle’s own lifestyle is anything to go by. The granddaughter of art collector Aimè Maeght, Angèle spent her childhood between Paris and a farm in southern France where she quickly learned food “doesn’t come from a plastic bag.”

Now partnering with the global on-demand restaurant delivery service, foodora, La Guinguette d’Angèle’s inclusion means you can now shun that symphony of beige on a plate and instead order one of Angèle’s colorful, healthy, local, seasonal and all-organic culinary creations (well, if you’re in the City of Light anytime soon that is).
