Next up in our Meet the Muse series is Barbara Malewicz, a Paris-based editor for WAD magazine. Malewicz cavorts in our latest photo set in some striking getups from the likes of adidas x Raf Simons, Acne Studios, Nike and Cheap Monday. As you’ll see in the gallery above, Malewicz’s orange, peach and shredded denim outfits made for some fittingly head-turning statement outfits.

Follow Barbara on Instagram. We asked her a handful of questions in order to get to know her a little more. See what she had to say below and check out our previous installment with the UK’s Tigerlily Taylor.

How has your style changed over the years?

I’ve always had a thing for niches. When I was 13 I was into studs, chokers with hard metal T-shirts and really big baggy pants, then I started building my own inspirations, always mixing colors, vintage and brands.

Describe your current style.

Today I’m a result of the ’90s culture and Barbie reign. Never afraid of ending with weird combos.

Dream collaboration?

I would work with Versace, on a ’90s revival capsule collection, involving sporty models, satin, loads of prints and colors.

Who is the film character you’re most like?

Sabrina the teenage witch. She’s got everything I’m into: chokers, a cat, smooth hair, pancakes and magic.

Describe your perfect day.

Waking up somewhere with a bright yellow sun, baby blue water, and baby pink strawberries in my pastel mojito.

How do you relax?

I do sports, loads.

If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one quality or ability, what would it be?

Surfing! I wish I could surf, got to experiment with it for the first time last summer, it was a great sensation, yet after many salty swallows I knew it wouldn’t be as easy as it looks.

What is something you’ve dreamed of doing for a long time, but haven’t yet?

Going back to living in London. I miss Harrod’s scones and Tesco humus badly. Most of all I just miss the complete freedom and partying I’ve felt when I was living there a few years ago.

What skill do you possess that people wouldn’t expect from you?

I can drive. First things first, people in Paris don’t usually get driving lessons, then, my baby face is not helping with adult matters.

What could you eat every day and not get tired of?

Avocado and lemon mixed with cream cheese. Not on toast, a spoon would be enough…

Where do you want to be in the next five years?

Living and working in London!
