From the ground up

Unfortunately for those expecting to see live performances from Kanye West, Chet Faker, Joey Bada$$, Vince Staples, Vic Mensa and others at the Governors Ball, the closing day of the New York festival was cancelled due to inclement weather. But that didn’t stop West from making appearances at Hot 97’s Summer Jam event later in the evening, with the G.O.O.D Music team in tow.

As he’s done in the past, West gifted his labelmates with new pairs of the forthcoming YEEZY 750 Boost “Grey/Gum,” which is slated for a release on June 11.

Travis Scott, 2 Chainz, Desiigner, Pusha T and others took to Instagram, sharing some on-stage snapshots from the event, as well as some first on-foot shots of the new 750.
