This winter saw the release of Lil Me, the debut solo mixtape from Ratking member Wiki. Now the rapper has shared a crudely animated video for mixtape cut “3 Stories,” one that immediately evokes the nostalgia of raunchy cartoons like Beavis & Butthead.

“3 Stories” features production from the in-demand Kaytranada and, like much of Wiki’s work with Ratking, is an intensely personal look at life in the big city. His verse begins with meeting a lover and spins into an epic tale of drunken debauchery, queasy cab rides and pork buns, as his delivery deftly balances both confident swagger and subtle melancholy. The video brings all of these situations to vivid life, and in some cases, brings a welcome dose of humor to an otherwise somber scenario.

Wiki’s debut mixtape Lil Me is available for free on his website.
