Almost 16 years after the release of their first album, Since I Left You, Australian band The Avalanches have finally returned to drop their second LP, Wildflower.

The album follows the earlier release of the single “Frankie Sinatra,” which featured Danny Brown & MF Doom. We now know the full album also contains collaborations with Father John Misty, Toro y Moi, Ariel Pink and more.

Earlier this year, after they announced their long-awaited return, the band wrote, “It’s been a wild ride and at times we thought we would never make it through. What kept us going was a belief in the day-to-day experience of music as a life force.” Now, the group’s sophomore album is finally here, a week before its scheduled July 8 release.
