Basketball star Kevin Durant has paid a visit to the Nike “852 X KD” exhibition in Hong Kong during his off-season tour of China.
Located in Causeway Bay, the remarkable exhibition allows visitors to walk through a carefully curated selection of KD footwear and artpieces that tell the story of Durant both on and off the court. The artwork includes pieces created by Mike Johnston, local sneakerheads, and students from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
There’s also some photographs of Durant’s KD9 sneaker which were shot by Durant himself. “I enjoy exploring and capturing different moments.” Durant said. “As a picture speaks a thousand words, photography becomes a way to express myself.”
The “852 X KD” exhibition is taking place at Tower 535, Causeway Bay, and runs from July 14-23. Walk-ins may be accepted, but you can guarantee a spot here. Next up for Durant: Tapei, China.
