With the Rio Olympics just around the corner, OFFSPRING and Saucony are gearing up to release a celebratory collaboration. The Shadow 5000 "Medal" pack acts as a nod to the first and only Olympic Games to be held in the southern United States back in 1996. In turn, the "Medal" pack celebrates the importance of athletic accomplishment across every track and field.

Appropriately, three colorways of the Shadow 5000 are presented, representing the gold, silver and bronze medals. Each entry then features metallic toes on tonal premium nubuck uppers, woven braided laces and metal aglets. A medallion-inspired logo has been applied to the tongue, while “OFFSPRING Covent Garden 1996” is imprinted along the edge. Finally, commemorative cobble print is welcomed on the sockliner, and “running since...96” — a play on Saucony’s original motto — is noted on alternate feet.

You can look forward to the OFFSPRING x Saucony Shadow 5000 "Medal" pack releasing on July 30 at select OFFSPRING stores and online.
