Snoop Dogg’s television takeover continues, as not only is the American rapper and actor producing a weed sitcom, Mary + Jane, for MTV (see the trailer below), but he will also be co-hosting a new cooking show for VH1, alongside Martha Stewart.

The unscripted cooking series, with the working title Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party, will find Snoop and Martha hosting a dinner party each week, featuring various celebrity guests. The show is scheduled to premiere on VH1 this fall.

“My homegirl, Martha and I have a special bond that goes back,” said Snoop in a recent statement. “We’re gonna be cooking, drinking and having a good time with our exclusive friends. Can’t wait for you to see how we roll together!”

This isn’t the first time the two have spent time together, however. The West Cost rapper has been a guest on Stewart’s talk show in the past, and they also both appeared on last year’s Comedy Central roast of Justin Bieber.

“At our dinner party, we will exemplify America’s fascination with food, entertaining and celebrity,” Stewart disclosed. “‘Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party’ will redesign the traditional food competition shows in a new, different and very funny way.”

Again, look for Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart’s upcoming cooking show to premiere on VH1 this fall.

Not NYC, not LA.
