Satirical sneaker reviewer Brad Hall, known for his deadpan videos which have gained him over 40,000 subscribers, has been revealed as actor and writer Ben Kobold.

Brad Hall first gained an audience following his Air Jordan IV Retro Oreo Unboxing video last April, offering a new and downright awkward parody of YouTube's hugely popular unboxing videos.

Listed as writer, actor and producer on IMDb, Ben Kobold has three independent movies under his belt including White Cop. Little else is known about the Chicago actor, though in a manner similar to his alter ego's witty style, a 2015 tweet described his hobbies.
