This week in Friday Feuds an R&B bad boy meets his match in a (potentially) scamming bad girl, and a respected songwriter is robbed at gunpoint. The Queen Bey comes under fire and a rap legend warns a presidential hopeful not to test him. Plus, a plane ride goes awry for one Chicago rapper, and more.

Chris Brown vs. Baylee Curran

It's been one hell of a week for Chris Brown. What began as a typical evening with friends at his Los Angeles home turned into a nightmare that ended with Brown behind bars and a woman alleging she had been assaulted. Baylee Curran, a former beauty queen and one-time guest in Brown's home, accused the Grammy-winning singer of threatening her with a firearm.

Soon after, police were dispatched to Brown's residence. Initially the "Fine China" singer reportedly turned them away before taking to Instagram to explain that he was exercising his constitutional right to guard his home from search without a warrant; he also took the time to rant about how he felt unfairly scapegoated by media...

When officers later returned with a warrant Brown willingly cooperated, but by that time his initial refusal to allow police entrance to his home had been reported as a "standoff," drawing media from far and wide. After conducting a search of Brown's home he was eventually taken into custody for assault with a deadly weapon. TMZ, who did most of the initial reporting, also claimed that drugs and firearms were recovered from the home. Police later stated that this was untrue.

While Brown was behind bars his accuser reached out to TMZ to give the following interview...

Soon after she went public Curran's credibility was drawn into question. Reports began surfacing that the former beauty queen was wanted for questioning regarding a grand larceny incident in a New York City hotel.

Additionally, Curran's old roommate came forward to frame her as a habitual liar, while another friend claimed to have text messages that proved Curran premeditated setting up Brown because she was asked to leave his home. While the messages in questions have yet to be authenticated, the new information has certainly turned the court of public opinion against Curran.

Brown was bonded out of jail the same day and recently released an Instagram video addressing the situation...

Ice Cube vs. Donald Trump

Rapper Ice Cube recently sat for an interview with Bloomberg Politics and let loose his unfavorable views on Hillary Clinton. A Trump supporting Twitter handle quickly honed in on the clip and reposted it with text that indicated Ice Cube had officially endorsed the Republican presidential hopeful...

Rudy Giuliani vs. Beyonce

Former New York City Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, is not a Beyonce fan. His latest round of Beyonce-directed ire came after the singer's VMA performance. During the Grammy-winning singer's lengthy set there was a segment that featured her dancers falling into pools of red, signifying the death of minorities at the hands of law enforcement. The former mayor appeared on Fox & Friends shortly after to say the following...

I saved more black lives than any of those people you saw on stage by reducing crime, and particularly homicide, by 75 percent – of which maybe 4,000 or 5,000 were African-American young people, who are all alive today because of the policies I put in effect that weren’t in effect for 35 years.

Vic Mensa vs. American Airlines

Only a few months ago Vic Mensa took to Twitter to detail an unsavory flying experience with United Airlines. This week, American Airlines made it to the rapper's radar when he was unceremoniously booted from a Chicago to Los Angeles flight.

According to Mensa, who took to Snapchat to provide details, a male ticketing agent had been speaking disrespectfully to a woman customer. Mensa claims he stepped in and told the employee to watch his mouth, leading to tension...

Mensa also took to Twitter to share his experience with fans whom he also encouraged to tweet the airline. American eventually responded...

Rhymefest vs. Robber & Chicago Police Department

Rapper, activist and former Kanye West collaborator, Rhymefest, got a nasty surprise this week when he was robbed at gunpoint while sitting in his car in Chicago. The thief only made away with $3 in cash but that was just the beginning of an already bad day for the emcee...

When Rhymefest later went to a police station to file a report he claims to have been greeted by officers playing Candy Crush and eating cookies. Rhymefest, who eventually began to record his interactions, alleges that he was treated poorly by the very officers who should have helped him...

Once the Chicago Police Department got wind of the online firestorm caused by the recording they issued an apology...

Anderson .Paak vs. Lil Yachty

As a rapper, Lil Yachty is as divisive as it gets. He's been hailed as a representative of hip-hop's new guard by some critics, while others seem to see him as a harbinger of its destruction. Those sentiments were only magnified when Lil Boat recently sat for an interview with Billboard and admitted that he could not name five songs by Tupac or Notorious B.I.G.

That's certainly not the end of the world, but some people felt like it was. Singer Anderson .Paak seemingly responded to Yachty's admission via Twitter...

While it's not certain the tweet was directed at anyone in particular many fans thought Yachty responded...
