People naturally started to lose their shit when news broke that producer-of-the-moment Kaytranada may be dropping a collaboration with Chance the Rapper. Their collaborative track “All Night” made it onto Chance’s excellent mixtape Coloring Book, and the upcoming track they’re teasing, titled “They Say,” is reportedly from the same recording sessions.

But any excitement for that upcoming work has been put on hold after Kaytranada launched a Snapchat heard round the world. He revealed that he is in the recording studio with none other than the suaver half of OutKast himself, André 3000.

Speculation is running rampant as to what this collaboration will yield, but the photo comes at an interesting time. André 3000 was just revealed mere hours ago as one of many featured artists set to appear on the new album from Kid Cudi, titled Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin’. Could Kaytranada possibly be producing a track or two from said album?

Even without the upcoming work, both artists have been keeping themselves hella busy. Katyranada just won Canada’s Polaris Music Prize and surprise dropped a new mixtape days after. André meanwhile has popped up on multiple pieces of the year’s best hip-hop, including Frank Ocean’s Blonde and Travis Scott’s Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight.

Stay tuned to see what Kaytranada and André cook up in the studio. In the meantime, take a listen to his epic new 90-minute mixtape 0.001% ??? below:
