In the pilot episode of Noisey’s new online variety series, Noisey & Friends, we were treated to performances from a variety of live bands, an interview with Ugandan pop royalty and, most brilliantly random of all, a cooking session with the one and only Cam’ron.

If Killa Cam outing himself as a gourmand was surprising, then equally so is A$AP Twelvyy owning up to the fact he’s a fanboy of superhero fiction. The A$AP Mob man provides the Noisey crew with a tour of his favorite New York comic book store, before the camera then cuts to a short clip with Fetty Wap on tour.

Also featured in the short is rap up-and-comer Tunji Ige, who placed in our 10 emerging artists to know list earlier this summer, and Allan Kingdom, a past performer on our COLORS BERLIN series. Punk band The Geeks then head off to Seoul’s Gwangjang Market for some exotic food in the form of silkworms and live octopus, while there’s yet more like rock provided by LA hype band Feels.

Check out the footage above, and skip to (5:24) for Fetty and (3:22) for Twelvyy.

In other hip-hop news, the ever-prolific Gucci Mane has confirmed he’ll be releasing yet another album this year.
