Most people have at one time or another fantasized about having their own swimming pool, but LAAV Architects have taken this dream a step further with their new Villa Clessidra concept.

The conceptual residence in turn boasts an indoor pool — but not just any ol’ swimming hole — this particular pool takes over the entire second floor of the home.

In total, Villa Clessidra has three floors, as stairs pass through each storey to provide the inhabitants with a seamless transition. Facing southward, the villa spans across 200 square meters, with the south-facing facade being capable of retracting completely.

As for now, the house is merely a concept, but who wouldn’t want to come home every day to something as amazing as Villa Clessidra?

Not NYC, not LA.
